A man with strong beliefs and rooted nature who is very sensitive about the rights of girl child and women empowerment. He has carried this dream from the initial days of his life to work towards the betterment of girl child and women. He created his baby shiksha seva foundation with intent to support every underprivileged girl child and women that they can stand on their feet. He Started this with one aspect and growth, education but expanding it to other aspects too like health, nutrition and rights of girls child too.

Prashant is a Mechanical Engineer with MMS in Finance from JBIMS (Mumbai). Previously worked
with Exim Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Brescon Corporate Advisors. After working for 20+ years in stressed assets advisory space and having Successfully handled over 75+ assignments across diverse industry sectors from Textiles, Cement, Steel, Infrastructure to Retail and Technology started own advisory firm Renovo Financial Advisors in 2019.

Kanika Maheshwari is an Indian television actress. She is best known for her roles in serials like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat, Kabhi Aaye Na Judaai, Viraasat, Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi and Diya Aur Baati Hum. Kanika adds value to the organisation as education is very close to her heart.

Varsha has over 6 years of experience in banking, fundraising, developing programmes, sustaining, and growing new projects and programme within the organizations. She has completed more than 5 years in Shiksha Seva Foundation in finance, H.R and programme. Varsha is the youngest profession adding value to the system. She is also a mentor to many children and guides them through the ways of life. Her dream is to support all the needy in need with our programme.
Varsha is pursuing her MSW.
Head Field Operation
Mr Navin has 20 years of experience in the banking sector. He has completed almost more than 9 years with Shiksha Seva Foundation as a Sr officer looking into a donor servicing portfolio. He is dedicated to his work and wants to bring a change in society by supporting underprivileged girls. He is very punctual on time and never disappoints any member of the team, handles all the responsibilities, and is a great team player. He is a much-disciplined person and a man of his word…
